How to Return or Exchange:
• Returns: 14 days
If for any reason you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt.
• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, it will be either exchanged free of charge, or a refunded will be issued if the item is out of stock for a period longer than 3 weeks. All damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt. To report a damaged item, please contact SilverTree Designs via email: [email protected] or phone: 503-803-3247
We do ask that you return all damaged items via USPS - SilverTree Designs will issue a store credit for postage fees incurred for return shipping of damaged items.
• Other Returns: All returns are to be made within 14 days of item receipt with legitimate documented reason. Unless there are special circumstances noted, all returns will be either exchanged for similar items or a store credit will be issued for use towards a future order.
All undamaged returns must be returned at senders expense using an insured mail service. Please pack your returns carefully as refunds will not be honored if products arrive damaged. Custom orders are non-returnable. Ship all returns to:
