How do I place an order?

Can a customer purchase direct from Silver Tree Designs.?
No. We are a business to business wholesale company. To purchase from us, you will need a resale number or if your state or country does not require this please contact us at [email protected]. Can I place an order now for a future ship date?
Yes! If ordering online, just write your preferred ship date into the "order notes" field during the checkout process, or if you forget, just send us an email at: [email protected].

There is an irregularity in my order. How can I communicate this?
Sometimes we make mistakes! If you notice something is wrong, or irregular on our website please let us know. You can either write a comment/concern in the order notes when checking out, or send us an email at: [email protected]. We will be sure to iron out the issue as soon as we can, and will be sure to adjust any discrepancies in your order. (Top)

What is your minimum order?
The minimum order is $200.00 of any combination of Silver Tree Designs products. (Top)

How long until I can expect my order to be received?
Currently we have an estimated 3 week turnaround on our orders and back orders whilst awaiting receipt of stock from our producers. This will be made clear during checkout. No charge will be placed on your card during this wait time. Your card will be charged only when your order leaves our warehouse. If an item is in stock, you will normally receive it within 3 -6 business days, depending on location. We will send you a tracking number via email so that you can track your shipment. You can also find shipping and tracking information under "your account". Note: Expedited shipping is not usually offered, but can be arranged with prior request. (Top)

Do I need to register for a login account on your website?
If you are a new customer, you will be asked to fill out a quick online form with your store information. Once completed, you will have full access. Register Login Here

Do you have a catalog/line sheet?
We do have a line sheet which we can either mail to you, or email to you as a pdf, or excel work sheet. All available products are also displayed on our website. To request a line sheets, please email [email protected] with your name and address. (Top)

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept personal checks and wire transfers. For first time orders if paying by personal checks or wire transfers we must receive payment prior to shipping.(Top)

How can I get approved for Net terms?
Net terms are approved after credit references are received and after your second order. We offer net 15 and net 30. Please let us know if you would like to apply for net terms through email at: [email protected]

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Most of our international shipments ship via USPS Priority Mail, which is usually the most cost-effective method. UPS can also be used upon request. For more detailed shipping information, please visit our "shipping and returns" page. (Top)

I would like to see Silver Tree Designs products before ordering. What do I do?
Please let us know through email at: [email protected] what products you would like to see, and we will ship you samples of those products with a return envelope. If you decide not to purchase the items, just mail them back to us in the return envelope. We do request that you give us your credit card information, or mail us a check before we ship you the samples. (Top)

What features does your website offer?
Once logged in, you can view your complete order history, monitor outstanding balances and future orders, and print copies of invoices, payment receipts, and credit memos. This can all be done by clicking on the "My Account" tab. (Top)

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe for special promotions?
To receive special promotions and updates, please subscribe to our email list. You will automatically be added to our mailing list once you register your account. Silver Tree Designs never shares your email with anyone else. To unsubscribe, click here, or go to "My Accounts", click on "change my e-mail preferences" link, and enter your email address to unsubscribe. What is your backorder policy?
If an item is going to come back in stock within 1 month, we will backorder it. At the time the product is again available, you will be contacted to approve shipment, as well as if you would like anything else to be added on. If you do not wish to receive backorders, please note this in the comment section on your order or let us know by email at [email protected] (Top)

What is Silver Tree Designs return policy?

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
We are constantly working with our artisans to provide the highest quality product. However, if you do have a damaged item, please indicate the reason for the return so we can share this information with our producer partners. All damages must be reported withing 14 days of receipt. Just include the original receipt or packing slip with the reason for return and mail back the product. We ask this so we can relay the problem to our artisans, as well as recycle the item. Can I custom order?
Silver Tree Designs can do custom orders. For custom orders a minimum of 50 pieces are necessary. For exclusivity on the design 100 pieces are necessary and we will keep it exclusive for 1 year if discontinuing ordering. Please understand that we will need sufficient lead-time. Samples and shipping fees incurred will be customers responsibility. A 25% upfront deposit is also required for custom orders. For more details please contact [email protected]. (Top)

How do I update my information?

I need photos of Silver Tree Designs product and artisans. What do I do?
You are entitled to use photos and artisan stories from our website only to sell or aid in selling Silver Tree Designs products. To get product photos for your own website or materials, simply enter the item's detail page, and right click the large photo. You can then "Save Image As". You can also print information from the "Our Producers" page, or request information cards by emailing us at [email protected].
