Shipping Rates: Silver Tree Designs offers 1st class insured shipping for a pre-determined flat rate for domestic orders excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. All shipments will be sent by USPS. Upgraded and quicker shipping options such as Priority Mail can be selected at check-out. International shipping will be charged up to date shipping rates and package insurance. Please note: accurate shipping rates may be added/adjusted on your invoice after placement of your order. (Please see "Canada & International Shipping" below for more info.)

Where We Ship To: SilverTree Designs ships virtually anywhere in the world and we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. All Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International orders including Canada orders are shipped via USPS.

How We Ship: All Orders are shipped via USPS 1st class mail with insurance by default. Priority mail service can be selected at checkout for 2-3 day delivery. If you request different shipping such as UPS or FED EX, charges incurred will be customers responsibility. USPS: USPS shipments may require a signature for delivery. Shipments usually arrive in 3-6 business days** domestically from the time it ships out.

Canada and International Shipping

What Rates are Based on: By law, all orders shipped internationally (including Canada) via USPS that are over one pound have to be shipped from our local post office. While we are happy to do so in order to accommodate international customers, this requires extra effort on our part. Our international shipping rates are a result of this labor, in addition to increased fuel charges.

Customs Charges: SilverTree Designs cannot be responsible for any customs or duty charges on any international shipments. These are determined by customs officials once the shipment has arrived in the country it is being shipped to.

Expedited/Rush Orders Outside the U.S.: All International orders are shipped out via USPS and usually take about 3-4 weeks to get to its destination, depending on how long it takes to get through customs.

Returns & Exchange:

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, it will be either exchanged free of charge, or a refunded will be issued if the item is out of stock for a period longer than 3 weeks. All damages must be reported within 15 days of receipt for a full cash refund, or within 30 days for a store credit. We do ask that you return all damaged items via USPS - SilverTree Designs will issue a store credit for postage fees incurred for return shipping of damaged items.

Other Returns: All returns for full cash refund are to be made within 15 days of item receipt. Returns outside of 15 days, and within 30 days will receive a store credit to be used towards a future order.

"Any Time" Return Policy: If you receive a color or style which isn't selling in your store, you can return it at any time! Restrictions Apply: Only includes full price items in "as received" condition can be returned at any time for exchange for different colors and styles of similar price. This excludes any items damaged in store, customer returns, miss-handled items, items sold in discounted assorted selections/collections or any items pre-dating Silver tree Designs LLC. SilverTree Designs "Any Time" Return Policy is only applicable to full price items, it excludes any discounted items or items received in our "assorted collection" as shown on invoice.

All undamaged returns must be returned at senders expense using an insured mail service. Please pack your returns carefully as refunds will not be honored if products arrive damaged. Custom orders are non-returnable.

We will contact you as soon as we receive the order. If you prefer to send payment through the mail and you don't know the invoice total, simply email or call us and we'll generate your total, and then mail payment to above address.

Backordered Items

If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you once it is back in stock. If an item is backordered, it will be marked as such on the Packing Slip contained in your package. To cancel a backorder, simply contact us by phone (503-662-2553) or email [email protected].

Our Recycling Program:

SilverTree Designs purchases as little packaging materials as possible. We reuse almost all packaging material that is shipped to us. We also rely heavily on packaging material donations from local residents and businesses. So when you receive a package from us, please do not expect a brand new cardboard box. Instead, expect a re-used box. And if you see Styrofoam peanuts or bubble wrap inside, know that we are simply reusing them and doing our best to keep this material from entering the waste-stream by re-using it.

Net Terms:

Net terms are usually approved after credit references are received and after your second order. If you have any special requirements for net terms or extended payment terms, please contact us at: [email protected]

Net 30 : Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Net 15 : Full payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.

An active credit card will be required for all net 30 and net 15 account with a limit exceeding the total amount of the order. By utilizing net terms, Silver Tree Designs reserves the rights to make charges to any held credit cards, not to exceed the invoice total due, on any invoice 30 days past due in payment. Any invoice past due by 30 days or more will be charged an additional fee at the rate of 5% of the invoice total every additional 15 days past the payment due date.
